Delivery time
- Handmade to order: we make our lamps by hand as soon as you order. Allow up to 7 days processing time before your lamp ships.
- Then on its way: you get a track & trace code as soon as your parcel has shipped.
Shipping time
- Within Europe
- 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Outside Europe
- 5–10 working days after dispatch.
- Without VAT
- Ordering from outside the European Union? Then you pay no VAT with us: all prices you see are without VAT. You pay import duties and local taxes yourself on delivery, except in the United States and Puerto Rico: there we pay them in advance.
Please note: customs costs (import duties and taxes) outside Europe are for the customer's account, except for deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico. We pay those in advance, so you pay nothing there on delivery. Within the European Economic Area no import costs are charged.
Returns
At Junglevriendjes we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The costs of returning are at your own expense. For orders from outside the EU we keep $ 24.00 in handling costs from the amount refunded. Never send anything back without registering the return first, otherwise your parcel may get lost.
- Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you received the product.
- Register a return
Log in to your account, choose your order and register your return. You'll immediately see the return address and what you can expect to get back. If that doesn't work, use our contact form.
- Conditions
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.
- Processing
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email. If your return is approved, we refund you within 14 days, via the same payment method as your original purchase.
- Cost of the return shipment
The costs of sending it back are at your own expense. Return costs are not refunded, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
