Terms and conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Junglevriendjes. These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Junglevriendjes.
• Agreement: any arrangement or agreement between Junglevriendjes and the customer, of which these terms form an integral part.
• Products: all goods offered in the webshop.

Orders

• Placing orders: orders can be placed via the website. After placing an order you receive a confirmation by email.
• Acceptance of orders: we reserve the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.
• Delivery: we aim to ship orders within the stated delivery time. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. See also Shipping & returns.

Prices and payment

• Prices: within the European Union all prices shown include VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union no VAT is charged (export) and you see the prices excluding VAT; import duties and local taxes in the country of destination are for the customer's account, except for deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico: there we pay the import duties and taxes in advance and the customer pays nothing on delivery. Shipping is free worldwide.
• Payment: you can pay with the payment methods offered in the webshop. The order is only shipped after payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal and returns

• Right of withdrawal: the customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
• Returns: products can be returned within this period provided they are in their original condition and packaging. The costs of the return shipment are for the customer's account. See Shipping & returns.
• Refunds: after receipt and inspection of the returned products we refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
• Handling costs outside the EU: For returns of orders outside the European Union we keep $ 24.00 in handling costs from the amount refunded.

Warranty and complaints

• Warranty: we provide a warranty on the products in accordance with the statutory provisions. Defects must be reported to us as soon as possible, at the latest within two months after discovery.
• Complaints: complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time, completely and clearly described, via our contact form.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings and damage due to business interruption. Our total liability towards the customer never exceeds the amount paid out in the relevant case by our liability insurer.

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes between Junglevriendjes and the customer. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Junglevriendjes is established.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Please check them regularly.
